Take a look at the online tutorial

Cisco are great for making all their manuals and setup info available on the web, you just have to look for them.

No I dont know how as I bought the phone of ebay but it came with no manual. From the menus I think the config settings are locked, so cant open it to change anything (if I new how), it promps for a password.

Hi I'm looking for help on how to get my cisco phone working, so I can make free voip calls from my isp plusnet.

I have connected up the phone but the display states "unprovisioned" any advice/help much appreciated.
