Yes - go to the Microsoft Reader website, download and install Reader and you can get lots of language dictionaries for free.

Dictionary for Windows Mobile (PDA)

Any recommendations for a preferably free German <-> English dictionary that I can run on my PDA? Windows Mobile 5 if it makes any difference?
