Is there a best practice guide for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations?

'Morning. Long time, etc., etc...

Current client has D365 Finance and Operations, but the implementation pretty much out of the box and a bit rough around the edges.... so, are there any best practice guides for D365? I'm particularly interested in the HR side of things as that's REALLY patchy at the moment.
