    netsend won't work outside a subnet anyway. What you should do is book flights and hotel and speak with the guy....

    personally I would fill up their inbox and constantly ring the phone - if you can get a cheap deal on the phone calls. I have done this in the past with some incredible results.

    Net Send and Windows Messenger - XP

    OK. Heres the deal. I know that some guy in another country is in and not picking up the phone. He is also not replying to emails.

    I have his IP Address but thats it.

    How do I get a POP UP to appear on his screen saying 'Oi. Cant pick up the phone', bearing in mind I cannot use the Net Send command as Windows Messenger is disabled on our machines.
