have you tried this?

Export-SPWeb -identity "http://sitename1" -ItemUrl "/pagename.aspx" -Path "c:\pagename.aspx"

Import-SPWeb -identity "http://sitename2" -Path "C:\pagename.aspx"

Copy pages from SP 2013 to SP Online

Hi
Does anyone know of a good tool (paid or free) that can easily copy Pages from SharePoint 2013 On Prem to SharePoint Online.
Even if no permissions/documents copy over. Just the look and feel of each page.
