There are a few Linux & Mac options there.

Thanks all. Found an Android app that lets me take notes by voice and that helps. No quick fix but might see some improvement in a few months but it will be temporary.

If I can find some software that lets me work that'll be brilliant but not looking likely as I don't use Windows.

Can use Android Google voice thingie to send emails, texts and make calls but need more.

Linux desktop voice recognition software? Anybody got something to offer?
