Dunno, but 1-2 working days in big corporation speak is probably some time next week. Did you give them the two references they requested?

    started a topic Plusnet

    Plusnet

Whilst not stiffing contractors on my work phone I have a private phone. Basically just chuck a Sim in an old handset and use it when I have days off / weekend and don't want work calls!

Had been on Giffgaff for years, but saw a cheap deal on plusnet. Sign up easy enough. Couldn't port using their OTA process so called up last Saturday the day the Sim arrived. Told 1-2 working days. Giffgaff died Tuesday and sat hear Friday morning with still no service.

A quick Google shows that EE (plusnet) have the number. Customer a Service polite but useless in terms of actually telling me what is going on.

Anyone else have experience with plusnet or what to the comms guys reckon the issue is?

Working...
