Amazon S3.

Yes, it's technically cloud storage, but if you're hosting a genuinely static website, hosting from S3 is very easy and cheap - whilst also being very stable.

I'd recommend for a cheap and cheerful, or a full blown dogs bollocks setup, they are fantastic, customer service second to none

I'm looking for a cheap ad free hosting solution with the described parameters but can't find anything that offers just that. The usual suspects' basic plans all include so much stuff I have no need for or wish to pay for. Similar to a gym that charges £20 extra per month for a swimming pool you never use.

Any recommendations on hosting providers from the panel?
