Ae you a developer? Selenium (I assume that you mean webdriver?) isn't hard. What is harder is learning the patterns to use it effectively - which is why I ask if you're a dev. If so then google should suffice.

Highly recommended, Selenium is one part, you must also have the ability to code in one of the following languages java csharp python ruby php perl or javascript
