I remember my old Dell D531 Latitutde just worked when I put Windows 7 on it, though I did have to run Windows Update to get video drivers. But Dell support are usually very good for drivers.
What do you mean by "put a Windows 7 OS Build" on it? Did you do some kind of drive image from another installed system? Have you looked at Device Manager to see if it's there?

Have to ask the very obvious question here - you have ensured the wireless network switch is on ? Small switch on the right of the laptop.

Scroll down to "Network", expand the tab then pick the WLAN drivers depending upon the chipset.
I found Windows 7 to be particularly picky about wireless hardware, especially of the Intel variety of that era...

Wireless Network Drivers Software for a DELL E4310 Laptop.
Hi Techies,
I have a quick issue that is bogging me and not much help coming from Mr Google either.
I will explain. I have just been handed an old work Laptop for my personal use – Model is a DELL LATITUDE E4310 Laptop.
I have put a Windows 7 OS Build on it but simply cannot get the Wireless Network to function. I guess I need Drivers for this. The Wireless Software is missing so I cannot get the Laptop to pick up the List of Wireless Network Routers Around me either as there is no Wireless Software on the Laptop.
I have been on Google to Download the Network Drivers for that model of Laptop but got these drivers that only ended up to be lots of Spywares and Adds of all sorts. A waste of time really. Dell website has not been as helpful either.
Can someone point me in the direction of where to get Wireless Network Drivers Software for a Dell Latitude E 4310 Laptop Model Please?
Thanks all.
