Previously on "Virgin Super Hub 2 Port Forwarding"
I have managed to get access to the remote admin, but it comes up with a certification error, and asks for confirmation I wish to continue to the site, and that works fine.
But the port forwarding for my cameras and the NAS is still screwed.
Seems I am not the only one.
Think I may revert to modem mode and get myself a gigabit wireless router to handle it.
Hhmm, I never really liked the SuperHub2 and luckily did not have to wait too long for the modem-mode firmware. I preferred my own router, not least because the SuperHub2 wireless range was flaky, and had my trusty DIR-655 hooked up for years....before replacing it with my current RT-AC68U
Of course, now I have defected to the darkside (Sky; no VM coverage) I am stuck with their piece of kit.....although the AC68U lives happily in it's DMZ!

Is this limited to your cameras only? Can you access anything else at home from outside the network? NAS drive etc? I.e. is the problem specific to the cameras or connectivity to anything in your network?
I have 4 IP CCTV cameras which were working fine from the internet until I started using the Super Hub 2 as my main router at home, dumped my old 10/100 router.
I set up the port forwarding to WAN IP:10101 - 10104 to direct to 101-104 inside my home network.
BUT when I try to connect from outside the network to the cameras, via the WAN IP and the external port, it doesn't find them.
I have the hub setup for remote access via WAN IP:remote access port and that is fine.
Any ideas why I cannot see my cameras externally, they work fine on the home network. with their local IP addresses, something wrong with the Super Hub 2 port forwarding?.
What happens when you try and access it?
Have you tried temporarily sticking it in the DMZ to see if that works?
