Its awsome and yeah nothing blurrs at that speed. You just have to react and think 10 times faster Been to 200 mph on zx12r and you have to remember different camera's different sound quality different turbo's different egine note. Get it got it good

Actually those two vids make me more suspicious of the one at the head of this thread. The engine sound, vibration and wind noise just seem wrong.

I thought the same but if you do a search on google video there is another couple of vids same make / model of bike but a different bike, though they are only hitting 140 - 150mph the accelaration is still the same. Also the bike in the vid is a well known one in motor biking circles 'apperently' has 500hp. It may be a set up but why bother

Weeeeelllllll. I'm a little suspicious of it.

1) He must have some fine aerodynamics, and a really strong neck. His head, (by looking at the reflection in the instruments of his helmet and the hydraulic resevoir) isn't as close to the tank as mine would be. For example at 130 you can still see daylight between his body and elbow, I'd be well tucked in by then.

2) That road seems amazingly flat. I feel sure that the bike should of been showing much more road variability, i.e. bouncing up and down more.

3) There is a fly hits the windscreen at 220, I notice that the flies remains just don't smear very much for the speed..

4) The wind noise just don't seem right.

Dyno-ed at 231 bhp at the rear wheel with full boost.

So about 280 at the crank on a GSX11. Must be about 18 psi full boost. Eek.

That busa footage is rigged. I'm sure. Everythings too linear.

A friend of mine has a bike like that.

Its a street fightered original gsxr 1100 with a turbo fitted.

Can't do the top spead as its naked but I've seen him pop the front wheel in the air at 100 mph.

Dyno-ed at 231 bhp at the rear wheel with full boost.

The rear swinging arm is extented to try and make it rideable. New rear tyre every 300 to 400 miles. The front tyre seems to get very little use

I rode the bike once and lets just say I needed new pair under pants and gained a great repect for my friends riding ability and death wish.

Only Threaded has the answer as he once drove a tricycle at over 7mph in a controlled environment of course.

By the time he hit 220 they were a blur, bear in mind that you are looking forward from the pov of the camera so you dont get the full effect of the speed that you would looking sideways at them.

The bit that impressed me was the way the front wheel left the ground at 60mph and didnt hit the tarmac again till 130mph

Used to do such things when I was younger, but doubt I'd risk it these days. As you get older such silly things as worrying about what happens if you hit a pothole and such like seem to concern you somewhat more.

Even then 240+ kph was the fastest I dared.
