I currently have a Touareg as the main family car so don't need a transporter, and actually its the bain of my life...
If a friend asks you to give them a hand taking a fridge to the tip then you are obliged to do it...but who the heck wants to be put in that position.
I know I am miserable and don't deserve friends, but at weekends I want to sit on my couch and watch the football scores come in, I don't want to be lugging a bloody fridge down the tip.

Quite right, BGG. Hence my recommendation for a Hummer. Also handy for dropping the kids off at school in a war zone.Originally posted by Board Game GeekTry doing the above in a 2 seater Tuscan...

Said it before and I'll say it again,
Ford Focus Estate 2.0 Ghia.
Plenty of room for the shopping. Also handy when friends call you up a few times each month and ask if you can drop something off down the dump or pickup a fridge/telly from the local Comet, as their car is too small.
Sensible and pratical.

There's nothing wrong with Nissan.
How does I drive a Seat (Spanish Skoda) sound any better?
If you want badge snobbery, stick to the Merc.

Audi S3, bought mine 18months ago for £14k on an 02 plate, checking out Autotrader I recon I could get £13k easy for it still, so only 1k in depreciation
Its the old shape model but still seems to be in demand

I have a KTM Duke II. Lobbed it into a ditch last weekend. No damage to bike or rider.
I only get to ride it at weekends. shame.

Bandit does the job for me, commuting from Kent into London every day. The fecking scooter riders in London are a nightmare though.Old style VFR is good enough for me.
110 miles a day and love it.
And to all the cars.
