Failing that a couple of bloody maries will usually sort you out, those sugary isotonic drinks e.g. gatorade are quite good as well. A large bottle of water is essential as well.
Once you are well enough to eat, head to wagamama and have a miso soup followed by chicken ramen with some gyoza and edameme and a raw juice.
Then go back to bed.
Oh yes, if you have a really bad stomach, boiled eggs and soldiers will be a better bet than wags.
