Had a good sleep in...... then a lazy lazy day..... few Ks on bike, few lengths of the pool.... a BURGER KING for lunch.... Genuine a real Burger King... not at all like ours though... The burgers were large and meaty the XXL or whatever I had was about 1lb of lean meat..... I only wanted a snack!

Back to work tomorrow - flight home Thurs am....

Literally no one to have a conversation with though....
