    OK, we're setting off on a very important expedition next week, we've got guests coming who have visited the larger areas of arid terrain so I need a sophisticated yet easy to prepare in advance desert that we can bury them up to their necks in sand in.

    It can't be the Sahara or the Kalahari as they are both ones that I've "lost" too many people in already. Would anyone care to share their prize "sandpit" location?
