    No, it was never broadcast, despite the claims of several websites that host it.

    It is traditional in TV studios each christmas for one group to produce a "short" to be shown at the staff christmas party. They would normally be full of in-jokes and slander on staff - this clip is one of the more accessible examples.

    Not sure about this, but I think it was broadcast. It was done for something like "The Secret Policemans Ball" or something like "OTT"

    This video has been on P2P for at least a year and it's well worth watching. Lip sync looks good so it's not just a voiceover but I'll guarantee it was never broadcast.
