Yeah I am fixed up...we're just tryng to book a wedding for next year and I'm having a few committment issues (which seem to be resulting in me pretending I'm single every now and again - I'm sure it'll pass!)

Well I can honestly say that I like older blokes - I wouldn't touch a young toyboy-type with a barge pole!

Give me a mature sexy man any day of the week (please!!!)

"I wouldn't touch a young toyboy-type with a barge pole!" - I've never come across a bloke with a kn*b the size of a barge pole - do you know something we don't SA?

To be fair to my lady friend, it wasn't a case of dropping me then straight on to the toyboy... though he is 12 years younger than she is...

That has been part of my experience of mid 30s ladies too...

    Fecking toy boys...

Though in some ways her going off with him was a relief... on some occasions I was afraid I was going to die...

    * this is a hansom... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hansom_cab

I'd wager that you really meant "handsome" young feller me lad...

Aye those blue pills can help henry but i find women in their mid 30's tend to dislike the artificial encounter and instead opt for a younger tall dark and hansom bloke instead

Man if shes got a boyfriend that is even better!

I love girls who are married or have boyfriends because those type of girls only want a bit of sex on the side in some posh hotel room!

I dont look for a great set of tits or great personallity in a women, i look for a ring. Yes a ring on her wedding finger!

Women in they mid 30's seem to be the ones who want it the most as the energy at home has dried down and poor henry can only get it up once a month so they look elsewhere.

    Screw her !
You know she wants it. If she didnt then she wouldnt text/email or wtf ever else.
Nail her good and proper against the side of a wall!

Must admit I am enjoying the game enormously at the moment and I don't really have anything to lose so can relax - happy days !

All girls like attention but I don't think she is a total player e.g. being nice to blokes and they think she is interested and get over keen. If anything she has to be careful about saying anything because blokes always hear what they want to !
She emailed me after the night out to say I wasn't really her type so that is fair enough.
Boyfriend is fairly recent, just some wayne (generic, personality free, good looking b@stard) and she has been on a few dates with him.
He sounds as much fun as scabies from what she says so I am just trying to set up a contrast to him ! It is very rare that women take an instant liking to me but much more common that I grow on them over time (This p1sses me off but you work with what you have !)
At first, I was just doing this for a bit of distraction at work and to see if I could for a laugh. Trouble is, the more I get to know her the more I like her. I already knew she was fit but expected the normal 'pretty-girl syndrome' = self obsessed, never had to develop personality etc She has thrown me off by being smart and funny.
I still don't fancy my chances, I am going to leave it until next week, hope she is thinking about me a bit and then try to get her out for a night (I am down for a party near her in a couple of weeks but could go on the Friday or Sunday and meet her)
If not, well I will have to settle for a couple more lunches, she hasn't been leading me so unless she turns up the heat I will make sure I don't make a cock of myself !
One thing - I am going out with an old workmate one night next week, should I mention it to new girl, since we are mates I should be able to, might set the cogs turning ?

Yes absolutely mention it to her! It'll (hopefully) make her jealous, which wil make her realise she likes you "in that way". And it'll also be somethign to talk about AND stop you from possibly coming accross as creepy (men are always more sexy when they're attached - not cause all women are evil, but because it takes the "desperate" factor away!)

If this lass is as cool as you say (i.e. fit AND normal) then she'll not base everythign on just looks mate. If she's cool, smart, funny (like all the best chicks are) then she'll fancy blokes who make her laugh. The only lasses who base everythign on looks are the one who dont have a brain or who are so insecure they need someone to act as a reflection of them. She doesn't sound like this mate.

It sounds like you've picked a good'un, and as for you...well quite frankly I'm a bit p*ssd off she got to you first, cause you are just ace
