    Looks more like a General one IMO. Looks more like a brain fart rather than helping a topic the OP has done some of his own research on to me.

    As was pointed out it's post earlier today. Easy to ask a two line question but the answer is too complex to repeat in full on here.

  • Investing in USA business instead of taking taxed dividends

    So I am looking into investing into a USA business instead of taking taxed dividends due to my growing warchest. Are there any legal pitfalls here?

    I'm also thinking of starting a subsituary of my contracting LTD company for getting into buy to let in the UK. Does that still allow be to have flat rate VAT in the contracting LTD?
