Has this been discussed?

Client says no more PSCs.
Contract until 31 March.
Invoice issued on 1 April.
Payment received on 20 April.

Scenario 1: You walk away - nothing happens. Just get the last payment as usual.

Scenario 2: Keep working via an umbrella.
Scenario 3: become employee of the client.

My understanding is that in 2 and 3 one can still receive the payment after 6/4 with no problems.

In the above any IR35 determination is not carried out and IR35 is not discussed in any way.
