Another win for the taxpayer.

Lesson's to be learned from this:
Paul's contract was a letter between him personally and TalkSport, though this was deemed by the tribunal to be an administrative error and was treated as a letter between his limited company and TalkSport.

Make sure you have a contract, in your company name to avoid scrutiny and that the key points of IR35 are covered.
