I'd treat all income for the contract as inside until proven otherwise; ask for the determination asap - have you had the contract and statement of working practices reviewed yet?Originally posted by hollyblue View PostI've been following the forum and recent activities avidly, reading the law, speaking to my agency and boss ... and I'm still none the wiser! When will we know, or is it now determined, that it's going live on 6.4.17 and what is happening with the tool? My agency said today that it is not the final version?
I've ditched my role and agency, just to be safe, last day was today. Was going to sit it out for a few weeks but have been tempted by a new role. I've had my 'confirmation of arrangements' agreement by new PSB, only until 6.4.17 though! and start Monday. When can I or should I start the 31 days rolling? Should I make myself unpopular on Monday by asking for the determination or is it too soon?
Thanks for any helpful advice in advance.
