It's fine to share advice, but it would be useful to be able to say by whom.

Our advice is that if you are likely to be looking for a payment plan, then you need to start that process as soon as you can.

We usually go on to explain how we would complete that information and that is too long for a post here.

I think that information is only necessary if you want a payment plan.

Your tax advisor will help you. Definitely yes to income. If you’re hoping to get a repayment plan, then yes to expenditure, in my opinion.
