I have PMed the OP my phone number. No contact yet.

As has been pointed out by many posters, taking advice that is free is fraught with danger on such a complex issue.

A tax barrister has won part of an appeal against three penalties for inaccuracies, after the FTTT found he had relied on professional accountancy advice and could not be expected to have specialist knowledge of all areas of taxation.

Some of those on here providing free advice have some sort of solution you can pay for. Some of us are independent.

How to put loan into self assessment

    All,

I am looking for urgent help please please reply....

I had loans from trust, I am planning to put my loan figures from 2016-17 into the self assessment.

Can someone please advice how to put it or is it better to use CLSO2. What will be the consequences if I don't disclose and go through CLSO2.

Also if anyone has done it. it would be good if you can help with the narrative/description.

    Please help...asap if possible.
Working...
