However, many also feel that disguised remuneration (DR) itself crosses the line between legitimately tackling abuse and unfairly punishing individuals who entered into arrangements in good faith.

    Hindsight is a wonderful thing. At the time it all seemed perfectly straightforward to bill clients via a Jersey film development company, and then receive from a Dutch Antilles trust, loans denominated in a fast depreciating foreign currency.
