    Yes it is true.

    However it made no difference anyway. Once the law was changed in 2008 all WG could do was delay.

    There are rumours WG will launch a JR. Anyone who does not settle now will get a 50% penalty. If you have the money, pay up. HMRC will look at time to pay of several years - rumours abound of 5 years. If you cannot pay, get an insolvency practioner.

    So people let him 10% back on their loan scheme. That money is funding the current legal actions. That money will never be seen again.

    To be fair to WG, no-one could have forseen the retrospective legislation.

    WG reads these forums. Perhaps he would like to login and comment?
