Vlad IV, known as Vlad the Monk. (1431 - 1495)
-Father of:
Radu IV Prince of Wallachia from (1495 – 1508)
Did he die during conception?
Anyway there was no DNA in those days. Its very hard to tell who your father was. Even these days in about 1 in 7 kids tested, the alleged father is not the real father.
Vlad the Impaler was a great bloke. Invited a lot of beggars to a feast in a hall, then had his men lock the door and set fire to it. Just the sort of chap we need as leader of the Tory party.
PS Hopefuly Charles III will have the same fate as Charles I.
Another one was when he let children be roasted, their mothers were forced to eat them.
Then he cut off the breasts of the women, which the husbands were forced to eat.
After that, he had them all impaled

I think only if they were criminals not just beggars; he was actually a founder member of a society for protecting Christians, and apparently used to leave wallets full of money lying around and richly reward those who handed them in. Although it's fair to say that he was quite spectacularly cruel to those who didn't!
