Been off yesterday and today, cm#1 was 10 yesterday!
Bowling this afternoon.
Sat: aikido with boys am then to my parents for next stage in festival birthday event. Out for meal later.
Sun: Fairleigh Hungerford castle then home.

Friday - bike home, weights, ocado, wine
Sat - bike to rowing, row, bike home, eat, run, swim - ramp up: 12 weeks to go
Sun - per sat, detour round Marathon, watch the stragglers; shrek, smurf, power ranger ....

Friday - Finishing early, I'm off next week.
Saturday - lie in + Bike ride.
Sunday - Seeing friends.
Monday - Looking after kids (wife is off on Girly adventure in France)and Bike ride.
Tuesday - getting kids to tidy house. Sorting out the Garden.
Wednesday -> Monday - not sure yet
