    Don't buy the bike, rent it. NLYUK will give 'frequent fliers' preferential rates, who knows you could get Gold card status like MF & SAS.

    That sounds like bollocks. If you take public transport/taxi and you're under 2 years, you can claim it so why not mileage?

    First of all you can buy the bike through the company and there's no benefit in kind. If you make a large enough purchase it's worth reclaiming the VAT too. Secondly your accounts are unaudited so if you say you did the mileage and sign off the accounts, job done.
