Listened to quite a bit of the Santana oeuvre today as it happens by way of a bit of Roy Ayers. Currently listening to a bit of old school funk with One Nation Under a Groove spinning on the turntable.

Surely if England is the best place you wouldn't be eating French food or listening to American/Latino music?

Now, there are some who would posit that this particular piece represents the very worst of Carlos' mullet headed period but I strongly disagree. A little funky in places with some wonderful soulful vocals by Greg Rolie.

    Very spiritually uplifting.
