    Still whatever happens I reckon Scotland will receive more powers to govern it's own affairs.

    The best way of shifting Britain towards greater economic rationality would be to retain the union and pound but to restructure the country into a federation.     Now that I agree with to some extent. It seems to work very well in Germany where individual states raise taxes on top of the federal taxes, and of course the US does something quite similar.
