I don't think the people in charge of this stuff actually appreciate how much some contactors cost.
It has taken weeks on a couple of occasions to find a PC for me to use.

ICT Whinge
OK so I start on a new project I complete the required set up documentation & they loose it..
Then we get sent faulty 3G dongle, router, 3G router.
Then they have to update my laptop to work with the 3G & I get it back & all my documents / email archive / favourites / printers / software / settings have been wiped
Despite me leaving a note stating exactly what to save & restore
Good job I took my own back up
Scary thing is I have 2 new BT lines in, (BT being ready before time??) & despite ICT being the 2nd largest division in the company they can’t send any one out till next week.
