    You don't know what your houses are worth until you try and sell them anyway. When we bought last year, it was very difficult to figure out the house values on this street as no house had sold in the last two years and since the development was built in 2005, there have probably only been a dozen resales from 50 properties.

    Around London it's rising like normal, perhaps that is skewing the figures

    exchanged yesterday. sold in june! a nightmare process with a large chain but we are almost there now. prices and rates are on the up - glad we've done it before the next property rush begins in earnest.
