On my last gig someone blew up clientcio's microwave with their graze popcorn which resulted in everyone having to stand in the carpark for half an hour. Graze sent out replacement popcorn as compensation. Don't think clientco got compensated for their microwave, or the wasted man hours spent standing around waiting for the all clear.

I forgot all about graze. I'm going to try it because it'll solve the lunch problem - my current gig in is in a desert of offices with nothing to eat apart from whats in the delivery vans, and because I've nowhere to walk to at lunch I'm struggling not to become a fatboy. £3.89 or whatever is not much more than the sandwich van assuming it has enough calories to get me through the day.

Grammar fail. One would make money from something, not off it.

The herd (thank you iPad for not correcting my spelling) is really nice the owner is really friendly. I took my son in there for a treat one Saturday evening after a shopping trip. The coat du boeuf is to die for. Have been to Hudson's once and it's good they are part of the same team that own the cowshed in Bristol. I really like the butchers that is attached next door (Ruby and Marble)it's just a bit of an effort unless you are buying something big.Originally posted by wurzel View PostNever tried there. I'd heard mixed reviews of The Hudson Grill (the old Hat & Feather) but on the couple of occasions I've been it was excellent.
I think both Hudson's and The shed suffer the same problem if it's gets busy the steak is always way past cooked properly when you get it.

I don't know if they make any profits but they are listed in the top 100 fastest growing UK companies (see Sunday Times from last week or was it the week before?).

I did like the stuff, and the concept (although 4 packs when you work 5 days a week isn't right!) but it seems pretty pricey.Originally posted by NorthWestPerm2Contr View PostUsed to subscribe, their olives are great and dried fruit are the best I've ever had.
I noticed there's a very similar business doing the same regular delivery of fresh-roasted specialist coffee. Not sure if it's the same people or just the same idea.
