Widows and victims of crime forced to use government premium phone lines - Telegraph
Victims of crime, widows and students are among the millions of people being “ripped off” because the government is forcing them to use premium rate phone lines, MPs have warned.
More than 160 million calls from the public are being charged at a rate of up to 45p per minute at an estimated total cost of £56 million a year.
