    No, look at 2013 to date:

    Q1 growth was 0.3%, Q2 was 0.7%, Q3 is expected to be 0.8% (announcing on Friday).

    If that sort of growth continues through Q4 we'll be looking at around 2.4% for the year, which would be pretty decent.
