    yes it was a random thread I suppose - but the reasons to complain are genuine, I was just surprised I had to complain twice in such a short time

    I am not sure who the royal "we" is that you refer to but I will wait and see what the official complaint process comes up with and if there is any compensation for additional costs I have had to bear.

    But as I said, third strike and out .... I went down the high street yesterday and picked up business banking leaflets from the banks just in case I need to move....
