Only saving grace is they'll probably give us a good supper.
Off to a ball? On a Wednesday? Lady Tester and I are starting ballroom dancing lessons this weekend with an interesting chap who could only be described as a cross between Worzel Gummidge and Julian Clary. He has a highly camp but agrarian accent, and we shall see how things go; he has been recommended to us by others.
Not a ball. Fund-raising charity dinner. Hate it.
Must remember it's not CUK, and turn on my charm.
Would love to stay and chat but got to scrub up and catch a train.
