Not being funny but gnoshing someone off in public is never a good idea. Yeh the girl is quite young and I assume this was all done under the influence of alcohol.
Valuable life lesson learnt I guess. Hopefully, she'll learn that its never wise to drink so much that you do stupid things like that. Could have been worse - could have been victim of rape/gang-bang and ended up pregnant or worse.

I had this row last year with PeoplesoftBloke over the rights of third parties to cause mayhem without revealing themselves as part of the game... I still have the same opinion. If the anonymous hord went after the photographer as hard as they did the perpetrator I would do a lot to ensure that stupid ill informed actions stayed out of the limelight and confined to what they were stupid ill thought out and fleeting.
