IMO a charge of "attempt to obtain money and/or other benefits by deception" is in order - I mean: they use totally fictitious character verification of which (his existance and alleged qualities) can never be proven to any good court's satisfaction.

At risk of being politically incorrect, again, it appears to be from Africa and other tulipe third world countries/sub cultures where much of the crappy superstitious Evangelist Christianity spreading in Britain is coming from. I've just received email which was clearly meant for Chico, so I am posting it here:

The lawyer sold the Shares and some of
the properties and he
was able raise the sum of ($15,500,000.00(Fifteen
Million
Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars)The fund is in cash,for the
safety of the fund till am able to travel out,he packaged
the fund in
consignments deposited it with UNITED BANK FOR
AFRICA UBA PLC.

Presently,all the documents concerning the FUND are with me,
Now that
my sickness has gone to this stage,I am scared and
I want the fund to
be used for the work of God all over the
world. I have prayed and I
told God to direct me to an
honest christain who will receive this fund
and utilise it
for things that will glorify the name of God After my
prayers,I searched the christian site in the internet,I
