No I couldn't see anything. I could certainly feel something though. It's such an awful experience.

the only time to get concerned is when she puts an 'elmet on that has a miners light on the front, ties a rope around her waist, and tells you to call for backup if she is not out in three hours.
I had a night in hospital with suspected appendicitis. They basically told me that if I woke up in the night screaming in agony and projectile vomitting, it was my appendix, otherwise they'd send me home in the morning.
I was 75% convinced I was showing symptoms earlier today - tender spot on right flank which didn't appear to be a sore muscle since no movement made it hurt and I couldn't remember doing any exercises to that muscle.
Only about 4 hours later did I remember I was mucking about practicing cricket bowling the other day... sure enough I swing my arm and all the muscles on my right side twinge.
