No. They've also just outsourced their contractor recruitment team to Bangalore and signed up with Elance (although that's nothing to do with the CP argument), so it's looks like they're an official lost cause now.

Messy, and unnecessary. Bit like CP, really, come to think of it!
I guess this is the problem with restraint in general. CP indicate they might try, they have to instigate. They feel "nothing to lose now".

For the previous client it's just a huge distraction, if they think it's easier to replace a few cons than tie themselves up with their legals then they will just do so. although I don't think the cleint in question is exactly noted for allowing itself to be bullied.

I think DA's agency is called Hoxley, or something like that.

I would assume that DA is providing something back to us all on this Forum for all this "Useful info"?

    To DA,
The problem as I see it is that the amount of bull sh1t that CP has brainwashed the client with. They put across that CP have temp staff (contractors) on their books. many of the contractors are treated like employees of CP and treated like temps by the end client.

If you want “inside” information I think you should at least give the name of your agency so we can knock on your door when needed.

I think CP would be flattered by that. To be fair to Foxtons they have "raised the bar" in the estate agency world. They may be a tad on the spivvy side but they are a very effective business.
