Suity's wife dreads this day.
Every year she gets him a small 29p 'Happy Fathers Day' card from the local shop & pops it on the side of the bed for Suity when he wakes up. Meanwhile the kids are downstairs, big presents & cards in hand waiting excitedly at the door for the milkman to arrive.

Going out for lunch somewhere but on Saturday as it's too busy on Sunday.

Father's been dead for a couple of decades now so I never really paid much attention to father's day. Mrs MUN normally gets something and has the children (currently 4 and 20 months) sign it or something.
However, it is the same day as the sister in law's (late) birthday party this year so it will probably get forgotton about.

EO -<spluttering> '20 pounds ? EACH ? I havn't got fifteen pounds, and even if I did have ten pounds I would'nt be able to afford to give you five. Here, take two quid and give a pound to yer brother'

I've moonpiged him a Fathers card and a Grandad card.
He's on a Rugby coaching weekend so I won't bother ringing him..... he'll be far too busy for chit chat with me.

I've sent him a card and will give him a call.
Thankfully cloggy fathers day is the same, mothers day is a different date so I have to remember which one is the right date for Ireland
