    It's true it only snows every year for many weeks on end now, usually record breaking cold too, so I spose he's spot on. What a clever chap. I'm sure children have no idea what snow is, like he says.

    Millions of tax £££ well spent on something we have all been waiting for this year.

    However the cost of this report has been taken out of the gritting and salt budget for the roads, since we all know.......wait for it........
