    MORE than 20,000 non-Europeans are flocking to Britain to join relatives every year without the need for a job, says a shock new report.
    EU nationals living in the UK are allowed to bring their non-European families here with full access to our benefits system.

    Almost 100,000 have taken advantage of the loophole in the past five years, says Migration Watch UK.

    But British citizens have to earn at least £18,600 a year before their non-EU loved ones can move here.
