    There are many service sector businesses in various Asian and African cities that are entirely devoted to rendering services chargeable to Chinese officials' expense accounts. They're highly mobile and flexible; some will even serve in the patron's hotel room. Nearly all involve 'fiddling', and there may be some 'fidgetting' involved too.

    It is not the same. In China corruption is institutional, it is not in the UK. In china corruption cannot be easily investigated by the press. In the UK the press can even make it up without being in fear

    Apart from that In what way then is China a better system of government than the UKs
