    not sure why they put up the street light in front of the garden, would have thought this was a common issue and they could have put it in front of the boundary fence? Just in case the householder changed their mind in future.

    Seems a bit bad that the contractor still put in the driveway. What if the council had said no to moving the light, or if the cost is prohibitive?
