actually Osborne's driver parking in the Disabled bay got similar treatment.

possibly Osborne should have directed his Police trained driver to park legally. Unless he directed him to park there he was unfortunately not guilty if he had it would be a real story.
Balls going 15% too fast with his foot on the pedal is a story and a crime he chose to commit.

There was also a story earlier about Osborn parking in a Disabled space, bet this is to try and deflect that.
