A holiday in Lebabnon is good value for money, the return trip is free this month only.

tulip, does this mean we're going to be invaded by loadsa a twat Brits now? Don't come, as someone who's been here for 18 years I can honestly tell you its awful. The weather is worse than the Midlands, the beer is so weak you're better off drinking Watneys Red Barrel, the women are all frigid with really hairy parts and don't put out unless you're 25 stone with a mullet.

Actually the only Brits I've ever really seen on a semi-regular basis are in Frankfurt and tend to be contractors hanging around the Irish and Brit pubs. Boring feckers, nearly hit one once for his loud chav-like comments. The landlord of the pub was going to let me as well but cos he was a big spender I wasn't allowed.

the bulk of Germany is a bit too much like the East or West Midlands
Having travelled extensively around Germany the only part that resembles the Midlands is the large conurbation up the A1 between Cologne and Oberhausen. However drive only a few miles to the East and you're in great countryside. The rest of Germany is nothing like the Midlands.

They don't know what a Dalek is. But there are laws to protect them anyway.

Some parts of Bavaria, the Hunsruck & Black Forest are really nice and many of the cities are great but the bulk of Germany is a bit too much like the East or West Midlands for the British taste and who goes there for their main hols!
You seem to OK being selective with Italy and France but not with Germany? Then go on to mention some of its more attractive parts.

Please yourself. Stay away, it wont bother me, the less tourists the better.

I agree with Dalek Supreme. I've never had a bad holiday in Germany and I've been going there since I was a little imp.
