Couldn't do much of that at the hospital, but that's very much what I've done since I got home.
Total wimp, yeah. And having experienced the direct comparison between labour with and without epidural, I have no idea why anyone would still want to go without pain relief. The idea is about as alien to me as someone wanting to getting a tooth pulled out without an anesthetic.
